Brendan Bosack advises management teams, sponsors, and acquirers through complex integrations, carve-outs, and enterprise transitions. He works alongside company leadership to translate transaction objectives into executable operating plans and stays close to the work through Day 1, stabilization, and transition to internal ownership.

His work spans integration and separation governance, transition services, Day 1 readiness, operating model and organization design, processes, data, and enterprise systems, and executive decision support.

Brendan founded Confluence Advisory in 2024, bringing 30 years of advisory and operating experience across finance, technology, restructuring, and transformation. Before founding the firm, he served as a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, held senior finance leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company, and was a Vice President at AlixPartners. Earlier roles established the technology and data foundation that continues to inform his approach to complex transactions.

A confluence is where separate streams meet and continue as one. Integration is that meeting point. A carve-out runs the other way, one stream becoming two. Either way, the work is keeping the business moving.
